Exercise of the Month
During the summer months, everyone should try to exercise at least 30 minutes per day. Don't forget to drink plenty of fluids.
Fitness Fanatics - WE HAVE COMPLETED OUR PROGRAM!
Everyone did a great job.
Our Fitness Fanatics are a group of students who meet three days per week, before school. Tuesday is a cardiovascular day, Wednesday is a flexibility day, Thursday is a muscular day. Jump Rope for Heart
Thank you for your support of the American Heart Association.
Our school has been open for four years and we have contributed just under $34,000 to the American Heart Association.
Thanks to all our parent volunteers and students from Kellam High School for making Field Day such a huge success!
We raised over $6,100 for Operation Smile!
